The Blushing Bride

This is not a repaint or partial repaint. The only thing that changed was the lips from a dark red to a pink. Her nailpolish was also changed from dark red to pink on both her fingernails and toenails. Her hair was restyled and adorned with glass pearls and crystal tiara made especially for this doll by Susy Arauz at Susy's Beads N Wire. She has simple jewelry, pearl stud earrings and a single strand pearl bracelet (not shown in pictures).
The dress is asymmetrical at the waistline with a princess seam bodice and a flared skirt that leads to a train in back. The gown is embellished with pearl white and white-ceylon irridiscent glass seed beads in a floral vine motif. Click here to view detailed beadwork on front and train of skirt. Underneath her gown, is a flared slip with a tulle ruffle. She also has a matching bra and panties set in white stretch lace. The bra is delicately enhanced with pearlized beads between the breasts.
